Estate Sale – Newburgh, NY (50% off)

FreeWe are a dedicated team of estate professionals serving the Tri-State area. Visit our next sale on Saturday, May 31st from 9am-3pm. Last day of sale all items for sale will be reduced by 50% off.
Location: 69 Saratoga Rd, Newburgh, NY 12550 (Orange County, NY)

REMINDERS:
1. No outside food or drink.
2. No pets.
3. No bags (we provide convenient shopping baskets for our shoppers to use.)
4. No pre-sales.
5. If you make a pile or mark an item as “sold,” you bought it.
6. No dumpster diving or digging through trash bags/piles.
7. Please bring help to load heavy items purchased.
8. Changing price tags is automatic ban for life.
9. If caught stealing, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
10. When parking, be mindful of surrounding properties, driveways and other shopper’s vehicles.
11. All sales are final.
12. No returns.
13. If deciding not to purchase an item, please return item to the room or closet it came from.
14. Please be respectful when going through clothes or boxes. Leave things as you found it.
15. If you enjoy a sweet treat we have provided from our local organization donation snack table, please throw wrappers in the trash.
16. If an area is taped off or marked “Do Not Enter”, that means DO NOT ENTER under any circumstances.
